The Collective was founded in early 1997 by Doug and Richard Hare and Gary Priest, a group of veteran game developers who had individually coded, designed and produced a vast and diverse range of highly acclaimed titles for a variety of different platforms.
Since then, the Collective has produced hugely successful conversions of "Men in Black" and "The Game of Life" for PlayStation, as well as the critically acclaimed "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine-The Fallen" on PC, and is currently working on a number of high-profile titles, including Buffy the Vampire Slayer on Xbox.
