Herve Caen joined Interplay in October 1999.  Previously, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Titus Interactive SA, an interactive entertainment software company, beginning in 1991.  Mr. Caen also serves as managing director of Titus Interactive Studio, Titus SARL and Digital Integration Services, which positions he has held since 1985, 1991 and 1998, respectively.   Mr. Caen also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Titus Software Corporation, Chairman of Titus Software UK Limited and Representative Director of Titus Japan KK, which positions he has held since 1998, 1991 and 1998 respectively.
